The pedants amongst us are going to love this - we have added a change log page to locatetv.com, recording daily changes and developments to the site.

Actually, it is nice to see how the LocateTV team are ironing out the bugs and glitches spotted by our pivate beta testers. It’s a case of you tell us - we fix it as soon as possible - as simple as that.

One satisfying recent improvement has been in the search ordering system. We were getting a lot of comments about how results for shows and films with short names - ER, Lost, V, Go - were getting bogged down in the volume of other content containing these words within the title. For example, search for Lost and you might have got five results for Lost in La Mancha, Lost Proprerty Stories and The Day I Lost My Mind (OK so those last two are made up, but you get the point) - before you got the listings for the massively popular show involving… well, a whole lot of good-looking people involved in a whole lot of running and a big messy plot.

No longer! That’s ironed out so perfect matches for exact words and titles are prioritised. Keep checking the change log to see how the private beta feedback is being incorporated into the site daily.
