Sorry for the slow bits…
Regular users of the site may have noticed that we sometimes suffer a speed problem. Generally search results are returned in less than a second, but occasionally they can take much much longer. Obviously we would like to apologise for any inconvenience this causes. The development team are focused on resolving this issue which is down to a glitch in how the data updates are transferred from our back office to the front end site. They hope to have this one cracked soon so we can be lightning quick all the time.
Other things we’re working on include improving our search equivalents - for example being able to type in 2 men and a baby as opposed to two men and a baby… we always knew these kind of search improvements would be the priorities once in private beta and the feedback from our testers bears this out. Keep it coming guys, it’s great - and make sure to register if you want to join our team of fantastic (and thankfully patient) triallists.
